Our Team

Melani has been a professional artist since she first bartered lion drawings for classmates' lunch money in elementary school.  For more than a decade, she has applied her expertise to an edible canvas--cake!  Melani designed Champagne & Cake's wine lounge and can't wait to bring your custom-cake ideas to life!

Johanna first met Melani nearly 15 years ago when they worked together at a custom cake shop.  For years, they've dreamed about creating Champagne & Cake.  Although she now spends more time practicing law than icing cakes, Johanna still bakes every chance she gets and is thrilled to welcome you to experience the Champagne & Cake indulgence.
