Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your content will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

As you use our Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns. We also may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking). We may also collect information from you offline including, but not limited to, phone calls. Recordings or transcripts of all interactions with Claim Facts may be stored and used.

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Information, to support operation of our Services and provide you with related services. Our information collection practices allow us to provide you with a better experience when you visit our Services and use our Services. Please note that you cannot opt out of transactional emails, such as communications related to transactions or agreements with Claim Facts.

Please note that if you disable or refuse cookies, some parts of our Services may then be inaccessible or not function properly. We do not control any third-party collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising including social-media companies with links on our Services. You can review and change your information. We may not be able to delete your information. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

PERSONAL INFORMATION OF MINORS

We are proud of our online information, and we strive to ensure we do not offend people of any age. However, our web pages are not intended for children or minors under the age of eighteen years. Accordingly, we do not knowingly store information from minors under the age of eighteen years. SEVERABILITY
